A twin room has 2 single beds while a double room has 1 bed either King or Queen size. Twin room can take 2 guests while a Double Room can either have 1 or 2 guests.

Yes, we can. We call them PRE & POST Tour Arrangements. You can either email or call us to requests this. We also do “Stopover” Tours in case you wish to stopover a few days, after your “main” tour.
Yes you can travel alone. However, a single supplement cost will be imposed by hotels. Our packages can be customized for a single traveler. (subject to prevailing terms & conditions of each destination country)
We will always try to help with special requests like early check in, rooms for handicap, wheelchair, special diets, food allergies, certain room types etc. although they are all subject to approval and require a period of time to arrange for them. We suggest early information & advise to be able to get reply on time.
Yes, provided they are conveyed within reasonable time and maybe subject to change fees etc. Please note certain changes may not be allowed due to booking restrictions eg. Non refundable or changeable tickets, train & ferry tickets, hotel bookings, tours & entrance tickets with fixed dates & minimum no. of paxs. We will do our best to help & accommodate as far as we can.
Yes, most tour packages has options for children to join. We consider both flight & land package conditions for children travelling with parents. However, there some tours that are not meant for children, or some tours do allow children but within certain age limits. It is important that children’s age are advised at the time of booking.
It is highly recommended that you check the visa requirements before travelling (especially last minute trips). Usually our staff will check nationalities or passport details of clients and advise on the visa requirements as some bookings may require these information. Alternatively you can find information on visa requirements on the internet very easily. We will let you know if you need visa and also remind you before your vacation to get one if you have not.
Yes we do. Certain embassies do allow travel agents to “submit” visa application on behalf of travelers while others require personal submission by applicant. For the latter case, we offer “documentation services“ for a fee, to help prepare required documents for visa processing.
Yes, you can. We offer AIG and CHUBB insurance for travelers.
All packages require deposit to be made at the time of booking. If the booking is made last minute (or less than the required booking time), full payment will be required. Promotional packages usually require between 30% to 50% deposit and balance paid once all bookings are confirmed.
After your payment is received, our system automatically sends an email notification stating we have received it and your booking is being processed. When the booking is confirmed, another email confirmation will be sent to you. The staff handling your booking will then liase with you in the case where there are certain things to consider, changes to be made etc. In the event where booking is not confirmed due to no availability, or the tour is unable to proceed, your payment will be refunded.
There will be certain times, when an upgrading or update is ongoing, that you will not be able to access a page. Please let us know through the Enquiries Form and we will fix it as quickly as possible.
